Rese Fox, Programs Coordinator
Rese Fox is an associate of the Real Estate Valuation practice at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP. Her current work experience includes commercial, industrial and land valuation services in major metropolitan areas across the US, including the markets in Houston, the District of Columbia, Baltimore, northern Delaware, Chicago, and Miami. A LEED Accredited Professional, Rese is the Program Director of the Houston chapter of the Emerging Green Builders and plans free monthly public educational events. Rese is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a Masters of Public Policy, a Certificate of Graduate Studies in Real Estate Development, and a BA with dual majors in Economics and Program in the Environment. In 2009 Rese was featured in the Sustainable Enterprise Report: Turning Awareness Into Action, Volume 2, with her article “An Inconvenient Value: Getting the true assessment of a LEED-certified building's value is worth the inconvenience.” Rese is a Morris K. Udall Scholar, a national award designation for her commitment to the environment. To reduce her carbon footprint, Rese bikes and walks to work year-round in Houston and has been a vegetarian for 12 years.
