HOUSTON BUSINESSES ARE BUILDING GREEN!

Hundreds of LEED projects are registered in the Greater Houston Area and more than 60 are certified in the LEED Rating System.

We salute these owners for showing the community that being eco-friendly and energy-efficiency are mutually beneficial. They are the result of a mission-driven movement designed to create sustainable buildings for a sustainable world.

If you are a building owner of a LEED certified bulding and want to be featured on this site or update information you find here, download the template below, fill it out and notify the chapter's executive director, Lora-Marie Bernard,at loramarie@usgbchouston.orgSend a copy of your building photos in Hi-Res JPG form.

The USGBC-GHAC also distributes LEED case studies to the public. The case studies are designed to educate and promote awareness of the technical aspects of building a LEED project. Building owners are encouraged to fill out a case study. To learn more about case studies, contact Lora-Marie Bernard, executive director.

Please note the chapter will confirm the building's certification from the National chapter. Registered projects will not be featured.

A complete list of Houston Area LEED Certified Projects is available for members in the Members Only Section under Materials for Members.
