Gain essential knowledge of the LEED Building Design + Construction (BD+C) rating systems, while earning 7 GBCI CE hours; 7 LEED BD&C specific hours, or 7 path hours.
The course includes credit intents, key elements, main requirements, and referenced standards. It also reinforces understanding of synergies among credits; and provides an overview of the LEED certification process, including basic documentation considerations.
This workshop addresses the following LEED rating systems: New Construction & Major Renovations (NC); Core & Shell (CS); and Schools. Throughout the day, LEED Faculty will engage you in discussions and interactive activities based on real LEED projects to enforce what you've learned.
Who Should Attend: Building professionals already familiar with the core concepts of LEED; LEED APs looking to brush up on the BD+C rating systems; individuals pursuing GBCI's LEED AP BD+C credential; LEED APs following the prescriptive path; LEED AP BD+C credential holders seeking LEED specific CEs for GBCI's credential maintenance requirements.
